PBI terms

Terms and Conditions

PBI provides website tools, hosting, domain support and related business services. You can build, edit and preview for free. Payment is required when you choose to publish a website and make it live.

Subscriptions and publishing

Published websites remain live while the relevant PBI subscription is active and paid. If a subscription is cancelled, ends, is not renewed, or is otherwise terminated, PBI may automatically unpublish the website and stop public hosting at the website address.

When a website is taken down because the active subscription has ended, visitors may see a PBI offline landing page explaining that the website is temporarily unavailable. PBI may keep the saved project data for account, billing, support and reactivation purposes unless deletion is requested and legally permitted. If service is restarted and payment becomes active again, PBI may automatically restore the public website route using the saved project data.

Domains

If you choose to register a new domain through PBI, domain registration charges may be added at checkout in addition to the selected website package. Domain availability and pricing can change until the registrar confirms registration. Where PBI domain automation is enabled, PBI may submit the chosen domain into an automated registrar workflow after successful payment. Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once completed by the registrar.

If you connect a domain you already own, you remain responsible for keeping that domain registered with your existing provider and for making any required DNS changes.

Payments and renewals

Prices are shown before checkout. Website package fees, optional add-ons, domain registration and domain management charges may be billed separately or together depending on the chosen package and setup.

Payments for published website packages, completed custom build work, assisted setup work, logo work, domain registration, domain management and other delivered services are non-refundable unless PBI is legally required to refund them. Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once submitted to or completed by the registrar.

If you cancel, unsubscribe, fail to renew, fail to pay, dispute payment without resolution, or otherwise end the active service, PBI may take the public website down immediately and replace it with an offline notice. This can include stopping the custom domain route, PBI subdomain route, published pages, forms and hosted assets for that website.

Service limits

PBI does not guarantee sales, enquiries, search rankings, third-party uptime, domain availability or business results. Third-party services such as Stripe, Cloudflare, domain registrars, email providers and analytics tools may have their own terms and service limits.
