Website subscriptions

You can cancel future subscription billing, but paid subscription periods already provided are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

After cancellation

If a subscription is cancelled, unpaid or disputed, PBI may take the customer website offline immediately and show a holding page until the account is resolved.

Assisted setup

Assisted setup is a one-off support service. Once work has started, the fee is generally non-refundable.

Custom build deposits

Custom build deposits reserve planning and build time and are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Domains

Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once processed by the domain provider.

SEO Care

SEO Care is billed as an ongoing service and does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
